‘Mudras' – Symbolic Movement
A Mudra which is a Sanskrit word and literary means “a seal" originates as a term used for a symbolic or ritual gesture in Hinduism and Buddhism.
Mudras, are symbols that can be depicted primarily through the movement of the hands and fingers and at times involve the movement of the entire body. The use of Mudras is predominantly in Tatva Yoga, the Yoga based on science of elements and, these Mudras can help cure many health related diseases.
When the vastu of a house is healthy and the surroundings in which one practices yoga is pleasant, the effectiveness of the science increases.
North East the Ishan zone of the house should be the dhyan room or yoga room of a house, this room due to its orientation has great ventilation and maximum natural light flowing in. Practicing theses Mudras or even Yoga in this room/direction has a greater impact on human chakras and also a very positive impact.
A Mudra has a strong geometrical impact on the environment, correlating the science of bio-geometry & its emission as vibration, when a specific Mudra is performed the human energy emission reaches a peculiar peak, this charged human when supported by a charged space (vastu) himself becomes a vibration device to its fullest.
